Job Description
We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Accident Repair Centre, who are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Advisor to assist in their busy team in the Pontypridd area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Bodyshop Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

22 days annual holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays, which will increase to 25 days after 3 years of service

Either full-time or part-time hours available.
If full-time, the hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. If part-time, you will ideally work 3 days per week; however, there is flexibility with this for the right person. Requirements:
A working experience within this role or similar
Able to work independently and make decisions.
Confident phone etiquette.
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareDuties:
Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Liaise with Insurance CompaniesFor your hard work as a Bodyshop Advisor our client is offering a negotiable starting salary pending experience.
Full time and part time roles are available. Full time hours are Monday to Friday 08:00am-5:00pm, whereas part time work will be 3 days a week.
