Job Description
We are currently advertising on behalf of a well-established Automotive Bodyshop who are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department, in the Maidenhead area.
Benefits:
Up To £30,000 Salary Dependent On Experience
Monday To Friday 7.30am - 5pm Working Hours (45 Hour Week)
Saturdays Very Rarely Required
Bodyshop Environment - Any Automotive Customer Service Experience ConsideredRequirements:
A working experience within a Customer Service Advisor role
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareDuties:
Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Maintaining strong housekeeping standards.
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the Customer Service Advisor role requires.For your hard work our client is offering a salary of £30,000.
