Oversee the daily operations of the bodyshop, ensuring workflow efficiency and productivity
Bodyshop Managers Lead, manage, and motivate workshop control staff and technicians to maintain high-performance standards
Liaise effectively with insurance companies, customers, and suppliers to coordinate repairs and communication
Maintain high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction throughout all repair processes
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise workshop profitability
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations within the workshopRequirements of a Bodyshop Manager:

Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or Workshop Controller within a busy automotive environment
Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers, insurance companies, and team members
Sound understanding of body repair processes and workshop management systems
