Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager to run an Accident Repair Centre based in Rochester. This role may suit a driven and motivated Bodyshop Manager who is experienced in the role.
Our client is offering the following:
· Basic £47,500 - £50,000
· Bonus scheme – Site performance related - OTE £75,000
· Monday to Friday, every other Sat morning
· Permanent role
You must be able to demonstrate experience of: -
· Producing / implementing marketing & sales strategies
· Overseeing recruitment, staff training and staff retention
· Ensuring the bodyshop always adheres to Manufacturer and Group standards
· Monitoring bodyshop performance against Group targets/budgets
· Producing reports as required by the Group
