Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager to run a bodyshop based in Yeovil. This role may suit a driven and motivated Bodyshop Manager who is experienced in the role.

You must be able to demonstrate experience of:
* Producing / implementing marketing & sales strategies
* Overseeing recruitment, staff training and staff retention
* Ensuring the bodyshop always adheres to Manufacturer and Group standards
* Monitoring bodyshop performance against Group targets/budgets
* Producing reports as required by the Group

* Be able to use initiative
* Professional, polished, and able to confidently operate a site for clients, insurers, and partners
* Strong people leaders who can balance performance, team development, and compliance.
* Quick thinking and adaptable to a modern, tech-enabled environment.
* Enthusiastic about adopting best practices and continuous improvement.
* Minimum of five years’ management experience in a relevant field.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and inspire staff.
