Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Manager to join our client based in Newport, South Wales.
Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Manager On Target Earnings of £71,000.
The hours of work for this Bodyshop Manager role are; Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm with paid breaks included.
Benefits:
Starting salary up to £50,000 per annum, pending management experience
Centre performance-related bonus scheme providing a £71,000 annual on-target earnings.
25 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays.

50 hours per week, including paid breaks, 7:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday Requirements:
Have experience as a Bodyshop Manager within an Accident Repair Centre
Have a strong knowledge of the workings of an Automotive Bodyshop
Leadership Qualities and Supervisory Skills
An up-to-date technical knowledge and skills
Strong Communication skills with the ability to understand customer expectationsResponsibilities:
Ensuring that all vehicles entering the site for repair receive the highest level of attention
Motivate the team to take pride in their work and ensure a first-time fix
Maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, insurers, and manufacturers
Taking responsibility for P&L of the Bodyshop
