Job Description
Kolt Recruitment are seeking an experienced and driven Bodyshop Manager to join a busy, well-established Accident Repair Centre in Southall. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader with a strong background in accident repair and workshop management to take ownership of daily operations, drive performance, and deliver first-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the body shop, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of technicians, estimators, and administrative staff.
* Maintain high standards of repair quality, safety, and compliance.
* Drive profitability through effective cost control, planning, and workflow management.
* Monitor performance KPIs including throughput, quality, and customer satisfaction.
* Build strong relationships with insurance companies, work providers, and customers.
* Ensure all work meets manufacturer and industry standards.
Experience
* Previous experience as a Bodyshop Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a senior leadership role within an Accident Repair Centre.
* Strong technical knowledge of accident repair processes.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills.
* Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and maximise profit.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
* Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
