Are you an experienced Bodyshop Operative looking for a rewarding opportunity in Romford, Essex? Our client, a well-established automotive business, is seeking a skilled Bodyshop Operative to join their team. Benefits of the Bodyshop Operative role include:
Competitive basic salary of £40,950 per annum
Ongoing bonus opportunities totalling up to £45,000 OTE
Monday to Friday working hours from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
No weekends required
Bonus payable after successful completion of a 3-month probation period
Potential for career progression and additional trainingDuties of the Bodyshop Operative role include:
Performing body repairs, including paint work, panel work, MET (mechanical, electrical, trim)
Alloy wheel refurbishment and refinishing
Undertaking all-rounder tasks across the bodyshop including paint, panel, and mechanical work
Ensuring high quality standards are maintained throughout all repairs
Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all timesRequirements for the Bodyshop Operative position:
Experience in a similar bodyshop or automotive repair environment
Versatility across paint, panel, MET, and alloy refurbishment
All-rounder with good attention to detail
Strong team player with effective communication skills
