Are you a skilled Vehicle Prepper looking to advance your career in a supportive and dynamic setting? Our client's family-run Accident Repair Centre in Basildon, is searching for a dedicated individual to join their team.
Position: Vehicle Prepper / Filler
Location: Basildon
Salary: £40,000 + Overtime
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm + Optional SaturdaysAbout the Accident Repair Centre Group:

As a Vehicle Prepper, you’ll be essential in preparing vehicles for paintwork, ensuring they are restored to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include:
Preparing vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, Filler work, and priming for painting
Conducting inspections and repairs as necessary to ensure surfaces are smooth and ready for paint application
Working efficiently with the paint team to meet quality and deadline expectations
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Following health and safety guidelines meticulouslyRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper in an automotive repair environment
Knowledge of surface preparation, sanding, and priming techniques
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
