Are you a Bookings Advisor or similar, with a background in the automotive industry, and previous experience within an administrator/advisor role or similar, looking to join a well-established, rapidly growing, legacy company, rich with nearly 50 years of history, operating out of 15+ dealerships across the Southwest and Wales?

In this role, the successful Bookings Advisor or similar will be responsible for the response and assistance to customer enquiries both via phone as well as email, booking service appointments, accurately logging requests/repairs. In addition, you will also be responsible for creating accurate, detailed job cards for technicians. On top of this, you will be responsible interdepartmental liaison regarding parts, repairs, diagnostics, updates etc… Finally, you will be responsible for following manufacturer guidelines for booking and servicing processes.
The ideal Booking Advisor or similar will have a background within the automotive industry as well as previous experience within an administrator/advisor position or similar. On top of this, you will also have strong organisational, and communicational skills, both written and verbally.
