Position Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bookings Co-ordinator to manage clients booking requests, liaise and manage staff bookings and ensure the efficient operation of our booking systems. This role is integral to maintaining high levels of service delivery and operational effectiveness across the organisation. Key Responsibilities * Manage and process booking requests in a timely and accurate manner. * Maintain up-to-date records of staff availability and staff bookings. * Act as a primary point of contact for care services and nursery managers, providing clear and professional communication at all times. * Liaise with internal teams to ensure bookings align with capacity and staffing requirements. * Ensure compliance with company policies, safeguarding requirements, and industry regulations in all booking processes. * Support administrative tasks including record management and booking administration Candidate Profile * Proven experience in an administrative, scheduling, or co-ordination role (experience within the care or nursery sector advantageous). * Strong IT skills, including competence Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word and Outlook * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner. * Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, work to deadlines, and resolve issues effectively. * A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
