Insurance Bookings Coordinator (Automotive)
We are one of the UK’s Largest Independent S.M.A.R.T Repair Companies.
With customers based far and wide across the UK, our ever-growing business needs dependable people to join our successful office team at our Head Office in Orpington.
The Job 📌
* Monday – Friday
* 09:00 – 17:30
* £28,000 - £30,000
* Orpington BR6
Duties 📑
A successful candidate will be responsible for incoming bookings at our Orpington Bodyshop.
* Entering Customer Repair Bookings on our Computer System - Full training will be given.
* Dealing with customers (Trade / Retail / Insurance)
* Liaising with our Diamond Cut Wheel division and all technicians for different processes either on the telephone, face-to-face or their tablet.
* Updating the in house IT systems / using excel
* Dealing with email enquiries and Whats apps
* Scanning and filing documents
* Dealing with customer / dealership complaints when appropriate
* Assisting and completing estimates for customers / dealerships, taking payments, speaking with customers face to face.
Experience 🥼
* Microsoft Office
* Customer service
* Email management
Requirements 📂
* Valid full UK driving licence – Need to drive to get to us (Country Lane)
* Right to work in the UK
* Strong customer service
* Good time keeper
* Basic maths and English required
* Been in previous customer facing roles
* Great attention to detail
* Can work in a fast paced environment
* Quick learner
