BOOKKEEPER (Xero Experience Essential)
Location: Warwickshire
Employment Type: Part Time – 2 days home working, 1 day on site
Rate: £25.00 per hour

Henry’s Car Barn provides premium vehicle storage and management services for discerning clientele, including private collectors and automotive related brands, As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a skilled Bookkeeper with strong Xero experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using Xero
* Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records
* Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and promptly
* Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
* Responsible for creating VAT submissions and payroll
* Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
* Liaise with accountants and management to ensure data accuracy
Skills & Experience
* Proven bookkeeping experience
* Proficiency in Xero (certification highly desirable)
* Strong understanding of accounting principles
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident communicator and team player
