Job Vacancy: Part-Time Bookkeeper (16–21 hours/week)
📍 Location: Coventry | 🕐 Part-Time | 💼 Immediate Start Preferred
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our small team in Coventry on a part-time basis, working 16 to 21 hours per week. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and confident working independently.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Managing the Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger
*
Handling and reconciling Petty Cash
*
Preparing and submitting VAT Returns
*
Maintaining financial records using Excel spreadsheets
*
General bookkeeping duties to support business operations
✅ Requirements:
*
Experience using Sage 50 Accounts Software – ideally 4+ years
*
Some training in Sage 50 can be provided for the right candidate with relevant bookkeeping experience
*
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
*
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
*
Ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision
