Bookkeeper
Sittingbourne – Kent
Permanent Full-Time, office based 8am – 5pm
£35-40k per annum
Are you an experienced Bookkeeper who can run and manage busy company accounts ? If so this could be a great role for you.
* Filing of statutory returns such as VAT, PAYE/NI, regular invoicing, statements and progressing outstanding accounts as well as undertaking bank reconciliations.
* An understanding of invoice financing would be an advantage.
* Experienced with Sage accounts and proficient with Microsoft Office programmes such as Word and Excel..
* Making payments for the company, some of these payments are often for significant amounts.
* Handling petty cash, ordering office consumables and onboarding any new staff.
* The company also deals in foreign currency, experience operating with these markets is preferable but not essential.
* Be open to learning about new sectors and training/guidance will be provided.
