Are you an organised and detail-focused Bookkeeper looking for your next role? We’re looking for someone to join our friendly and supportive finance team based Saxmundham.
This role is all about keeping our finances running smoothly, maintaining accurate records, and helping the team with day-to-day financial tasks. As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities for the role to develop too.
What you’ll be doing:
Keeping financial records up to date, including ledgers and journals
Processing invoices through our authorisation system
Managing accounts payable and ensuring suppliers are paid on time
Reconciling bank statements and sorting out any discrepancies
Helping with year-end audits and preparing documentationWhat we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Confident with accounting software (training can be provided)
Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
Someone who can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team
