Job Description

Personnel Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our client in Ollerton (Walesby). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Proficiency in Sage cloud is essential for this role. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial part in supporting the financial operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. Hours - Around 2 full days per week - flexible on times/days (to be discussed) up to £15ph doe. Responsibilities * Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. * Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment scheduling. * Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately. * Prepare financial reports as required, providing insights into financial performance. * Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. * Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information. * Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions and provide support to management as needed. Qualifications * Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within an accounting environment. * Proficiency in Sage Cloud * Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles. * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal To apply for the Bookkeeper role, please do so online and a member of the team will be in touch
