Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Assist and train operatives to maintain high standards.
Help with line setups and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
Meet production targets while optimizing machinery performance.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
