Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist (Social Care & Health Qualified)
Location: Bracknell Forest
Pay Rate: £32.56 per hour
Overview:
Bracknell Forest Borough Council is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary Children's Specialist Support Social Work Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with children and families, providing specialist OT assessments and interventions within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for children with complex needs
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including social workers, healthcare professionals, and educators
Support families and carers through therapy, guidance, and specialist advice
Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives
Essential Requirements:
Social Care and Health qualified
Experience working with children in a multidisciplinary or specialist setting
Strong assessment, planning, and MDT collaboration skills
Ability to manage complex cases independently
Availability for face-to-face interview
