Job Description
Experienced Brake Press Setter / Operator
* The company makes bespoke stainless-steel fabrications.
* They are based in Tyseley, Birmingham.
Duties as a Brake Press Setter/Operator:
* Make one off components from stainless steel 1mm to 3mm thick, occasionally 5mm.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to manufacture the component.
* Set up and operate Amada CNC brake press machine.
* Make tool changes and adjust machine settings for specific jobs.
Brake Press Setter/Operator Hours of work:
* Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm
* Friday 7.30am to 12.30pm.
Brake Press Setter/Operator Pay
* Commencing on £14 to £15.50 per hour dependent on experience.
* Overtime may be available.
