Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated Branch Manager to lead their newly established branch in Nottingham. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to manage the branch, provide expert advice to customers, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing guidance on product selection, quoting, and ordering of windows, doors, and related items
* Oversee stock rotation and maintain branch housekeeping
* Load and unload deliveries, and pick customer orders
* Use online systems for quoting; knowledge of Sage Accounting software is advantageous
* Deal with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
* Handle cash transactions accurately
* Cover deliveries if required during holidays
* Ensure the branch operates efficiently under the direction of the Branch Manager
Requirements
* Full driving licence
* Experience with Window Designer software
* Experience within the Fenestration industry
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
