What you’ll be doing:
* Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Driving sales performance and achieving store revenue, budget, and profit targets.
* Analysing performance data to identify trends, resolve issues, and maximise opportunities.
* Winning new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting upsell opportunities.
* Ensuring the branch runs efficiently and maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Acting as a key holder with on-call and alarm responsibilities.
* Supporting operational processes to maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a customer-facing sales, retail, or hospitality environment.
* Management or supervisory experience.
* Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
* Commercial awareness and confidence using Microsoft Office.
* Flexibility to work a rota covering weekdays and weekends.
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred).
* Someone proactive, professional, and ready to take ownership of branch performance.
