Branch Manager
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a logistics company based in Nottingham who are seeking a Branch Manager to join their on-site team!
Duties:
* Ensure the welfare of our Staff, Contractors and the public who interact with us by ensuring a safe legally compliant workplace
* Ensure that best practice work methods are used to maximise the efficiency of the operation while following all H&S requirements
* Manage the cost centre for the branch, negotiating contracts and validating charges before working with the accounts team within head office to provide accurate financial information
* Arrange monthly appointments with existing and potential customers to grow both volume and profitability
* Assist with other Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Desirable:
*
Minimum of 3 years’ experience of running a branch or division, with proven track record of revenue growth achieved and net profit growth year-on-year
*
Excellent communication and people skills
*
Good understand of Microsoft packages
*
Logistics industry knowledge is highly advantageous
Salary + additional information:
* £38,000 - £40,000
* 40 hours per week
* Monday - Friday
