Our client are a leading supplier of lightside building materials to a mixture of trade and retail customers.
Due to an internal movement, our client are looking for an experienced people manager to join their busy branch in Cambrdige. This branch has 4 staff (including the Manager) and they need someone who is happy to lead from the front with their management style.
The successful person will:
- Be able to demonstrate management experience in a relevant role
- Have experience developing a team
- Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Show great customer service and be an excellent brand ambassador.
Our client are offering the following:
- Basic salary of up to c£33k
- 31 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) increasing with service
