Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Are you a dynamic and compassionate Branch Manager ready to lead a small but committed care team? We’re working with a well-established national provider of high-quality home care to find a talented Branch Manager for their Bracknell service — a warm and close-knit branch with exciting potential for growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a current Branch Manager or experienced care leader ready to take the next step. You’ll be overseeing a modest service with 2 part-time Field Care Supervisors and 7 carers, delivering person-centred support to clients in their own homes. With a supportive structure in place and a strong reputation locally, this branch offers the ideal balance of challenge and stability.

As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership, compliance, and performance of the service. You will ensure CQC standards are consistently met, nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and lead your team with professionalism and care.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in domiciliary care and previous exposure to a management or leadership role
A strong understanding of CQC requirements and quality compliance
Passion for delivering outstanding home care and motivating teams
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
