Are you ready to take the reins and drive success? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic individual to head up operations for a well-established and fast-growing Electrical Wholesaler based in Ilfracombe.
As Branch Manager, you'll be in the driver’s seat—steering everything from sales and purchasing to staffing and logistics. This is your chance to make a real impact with the freedom to run the branch like it’s your own business.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maximising the contribution by the branch in line with the business plans and overall company policy and strategy
• Providing comprehensive training and development for staff
• Ensure that your team meet operational standards
• Responsible for managing and achieving branch budgets and targets
• Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts
• Participating in proactive and reactive sales – both internally and externally based
• Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
Skills / Experience:
• Electrical Wholesale industry experience
• Confident working with key performance indicators with an impressive track record in delivering on sales, profit and margin targets
• Ability to motivate a team and lead by example
• Strong communication skills
• Driving Licence
