We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our clients team and oversee the daily operations of their local branch.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in sales management.
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all branch operations to achieve business objectives
* Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance branch performance and profitability
* Monitor sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
* Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to promote professional development and high performance
* Maintain accurate records of branch activities, including sales reports and inventory management
* Collaborate with upper management to align branch goals with company objectives
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Skills:
* Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* The ideal candidate should have experience within a Trades environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
Base salary of £35,000 with monthly performance based bonus, working Monday to Friday (no weekends or evenings) (Apply online only)
