Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 (OTE £55,000)
Working hours - Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays
Driver & Own car required

Our client, a prestigious network of independent estate agents, is seeking a charismatic and dynamic Branch Manager for their Redbourn office. This role offers the chance to lead a team of dedicated professionals 90% in Sales & 10% in Lettings, while working within a company renowned for its innovative approach to selling exclusive homes.

Main Responsibilities
* Managing an efficient and effective branch
* Valuing Properties
* Training Staff
* Rolling out monthly targets to staff
* Conducting monthly One to Ones
* Devising Marketing Plans with team
* Chairing Morning Meetings
* Ensuring branch is performing
* Dealing with complaints
* Motivating staff
* Vendor contact
* Prospecting
* Winning instructions
* Overseeing the lettings department
* Reporting figures to directors
* Attending monthly management meetings
Branch Manager - Key Skills and Ability to;
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Work under own initiative and as part of a team
* Confidently use company software
* Be able to negotiate confidently
* Be determined and focused to secure new business
