£45,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | Monday to Friday + 1 in 3 Saturdays | Sales-Driven Role
We're looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead and grow a well-established Plumbing & Heating Merchants branch based in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in the industry to take ownership of a thriving branch and drive it forward.
The Role:
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:
Driving branch sales through your existing industry contacts and proactive business development
Overseeing the daily operations of the branch
Leading and motivating a small, dedicated team
Maintaining excellent customer relationships and service standards
Meeting and exceeding sales targets with the potential for high commission earnings
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in the plumbing and heating industry (essential)
A strong sales background with existing trade contacts
Previous management or supervisory experience within a trade counter or merchant environment
Proven experience developing and leading high performing teams
Strong commercial awareness and confidence in decision-making
A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
1 in 3 Saturdays
Salary & Benefits:
£45,000 basic salary
