Overview:
We’re working with the UK’s number one trade kitchen supplier to find a Branch Manager Designate for the East London region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a manager-led organisation that puts autonomy and ownership at the heart of every branch.
As a Branch Manager Designate, you’ll be developed and supported to step into a Branch Manager role of your own in the near future. In the meantime, you’ll receive a guaranteed bonus, full training, and exposure to everything it takes to successfully run a depot.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Taking ownership of branch operations, including full P&L responsibility
*
Leading, developing, and motivating your team to exceed performance targets
*
Recruiting, coaching, and managing talent within the depot
*
Building strong relationships with local tradespeople and customers
*
Driving sales through a deep understanding of customer needs and the local market
*
Working closely with head office and regional teams for ongoing support and development
*
Maintaining high standards in customer service, health & safety, and stock management
