About the Role We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Branch & Sales Manager to lead a busy branch within the agricultural and horticultural machinery sector. This is a senior position, responsible for driving profitability, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing a dedicated team across sales, service, parts, and administration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural or horticultural equipment, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Oversee teams across sales, service, parts, and administration, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing outstanding service and support
Identify new sales opportunities and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
Ensure compliance with company processes, health & safety standards, and operational policies
