Job Title: Branch & Sales Manager Salary: Salary will depend on Experience  Location: Suffolk Area Benefits: Company Vehicle + Profit Related Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package About the Role We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Branch & Sales Manager to lead a busy branch within the agricultural and horticultural machinery sector. This is a senior position, responsible for driving profitability, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing a dedicated team across sales, service, parts, and administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural or horticultural equipment, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
