An exciting opportunity for a Brand Activation Manager has arisen within the beauty sector; leading a team of X2 to drive forward in-store campaigns and activations for world-leading brands. This role will provide hybrid working, and the successful candidate must have exposure to the beauty, fragrance and/or personal care sector and be able to start ASAP.

The successful Brand Activation Manager will...
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with external agencies to create and execute brand campaigns.
Oversee the management of social media channels to align with brand goals.
Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all marketing and digital touchpoints.
Analyse market trends and consumer insights.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Lead a small team to drive success.Profile
A successful Brand Activation Manager should have:
