Job Description

Must haves

  * Proven experience in a management role within a branded automotive dealership

  * Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team

  * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  * Strong commercial awareness with a data-driven approach to decision making

  * Good understanding of local market trends and customer behaviour

  * Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

  * Ability to identify challenges and respond proactively

  * Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK

Nice to haves

  * Experience planning and delivering successful sales campaigns or events

  * Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer data management
