Evaluate key performance metrics and recommend initiatives to support portfolio growth and profitability within approved budget constraints.
Oversee market positioning of products, with a strong emphasis on pricing strategy, product performance, and competitor trends.
Increase brand visibility through the planning, execution, and promotion of national and customer-focused marketing campaigns.
Advocate a research-driven approach to uncover portfolio growth opportunities, ensuring customer and user needs remain central to decision-making.
Collaborate with the NPD team to coordinate new product development activities and deliver successful product launch programmes.Profile
A successful Brand Manager - open to relocation, Wales should have -
Experience in a Brand Management or Product Management team
Product and portfolio management experience including data management
Ability to manage budgets and ROI
A strong commercial understanding in taking product to market
Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of key profit and loss dataJob Offer
