Job Description
An engaging and creative Brand Marketing Manager is sought to develop/ implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the Go-To-Market strategy and hold responsibility for the category's P&L, locally relevant communication and activation planning. This role will provide hybrid working, 2 days in Surrey and 3 days from home.

Description
The successful Brand Marketing Manager should:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that strengthen our brand identity and market presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
Prepare and manage a marketing budget and P&L.
Track performance of all marketing campaigns and present results to key stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with product launches and promote them to increase sales and profitability.Profile
A successful Brand Marketing Manager should have:
Proven experience as a Brand Marketing Manager or similar role in the consumer products or electronics sector.
Consumer focused mindset - skilled at campaign development and management
Solid project & budget management skills
Trade marketing experience is an advantage
Strong analytical approach - to name it strong in Excel, PowerPoint, database management and strategic analysisJob Offer
