Role: Brand Specialist (Marketing)
Location: Maidenhead
Contract: Fixed Term until 31 July 2026 – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Key Personnel Dundee is recruiting a Brand Specialist for the Nutrition Division of a leading healthcare company. This role is central to supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive profitability, market share, and sales growth.
You’ll join a high-performing team and collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and other cross-functional colleagues to deliver initiatives with precision and impact.
Role Overview
* Support brand leads in executing strategic and tactical plans to meet KPIs
* Lead activation initiatives across the marketing mix, including new product introductions and development of sales and media assets
* Contribute to media planning and analysis across offline and online channels
* Monitor market trends and performance to inform strategy and identify risks and opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and identify further growth or defence tactics
Experience You Will Bring
* Degree in Marketing, ideally with 1–3 years’ experience in healthcare marketing
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Commercially aware, analytical, and results-driven
* Creative, resilient, and adaptable with a proactive mindset
* Team-oriented with the ability to influence and motivate others
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint preferred
