Breakfast Chef, required for our client – a hotel located in the Kingsbridge, Devon coastal area. Live in is available.
The ideal candidate for the role of Breakfast Chef, will have previous breakfast service experience from within a hotel or Restaurant. You will work as part of a team to ensure and provide exceptional and smooth delivery of service.
About the role of Breakfast Chef:
* Joining a well-established kitchen brigade, we are looking for a Breakfast Chef who will be responsible for the mornings service in the Restaurant.
* Breakfast is included for all residents at the hotel offering an a la carte cooked option alongside the continental buffet options.
* Breakfast is served from 0730-10.15 daily so your day will start in time to be set up and prepared for service.
* After breakfast you will continue to work, focussing on the delivery of the bar lunch menu.
* This is a full-time permanent role working 5 days a week, 9-hour, straight shifts.
The salary for this opportunity of Breakfast Chef is given as up to £32,000 / per annum. In addition, a share of the tronc. Shared Live in is available if you are looking to relocate, which is deductible from salary.
