Breakfast Chef, Banbury: Day Shifts & Great Perks!
Are you a talented Chef looking for consistent daytime hours? We're hiring a Breakfast Chef to cater to a 30-bedroom hotel in Banbury (North Cotswolds area). This is a fantastic opportunity to work 7am-3pm shifts and focus on crafting high-quality morning dishes with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

As the Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for setting the standard for the start of the day. You will:
Prep and cook high-quality breakfast dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Ensure all mise en place is ready for smooth service.
Cook and present delicious, well-plated breakfasts to high standards.
Follow food safety & hygiene regulations (HACCP).
Assist in ordering ingredients, checking stock, and managing stock rotation.
Clean down your section and prepare for the following morning.
