Job Description
Our client a South East London based main contractor currently seek an experienced bricklayer improver to make good to some brick and block work on a High end Residential new build development in Vauxhall, South West London.
It is essential that you have done repair work before, hold a Blue CSCS card, and can provide recent Trade work references.
Duties
* Replacing damaged bricks and blocks
* Measure and cut materials to ensure precise fitting.
* Mix mortar and other bonding agents according to specifications.
* Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various masonry tasks.
* Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
* Perform repairs on existing structures as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
* All other associated tasks as instructed
Experience
* Proven experience as a Bricklayer Improver is essential.
* Experience in bricklaying techniques is required
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
This is an immediate start and will be circa 1 weeks work.
