Bricklayer Supervisor Wanted – Immediate Start in West London
Description:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Bricklayer Supervisor to join a busy and well-established site in West London. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for the right candidate to step into a key role and make an immediate impact. If you’ve got the right background and you're ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
* Supervising a team of bricklayers and ensuring high standards of workmanship.
* Coordinating daily site activities and managing productivity on-site.
* Liaising with site management and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.
* Monitoring health & safety compliance and promoting a safe working environment.
* Reporting on progress and resolving any site-related issues as they arise.
Requirements:
* Blue CSCS Card (minimum)
* SSSTS Certification
* Proven experience leading bricklaying teams on busy construction sites.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to read drawings and understand site specifications.
Bonus if you can bring bricklayers with you – strong teams always welcome.
