About the role:
You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional teaching and assessment in Brickwork up to Level 3 across study programmes, apprenticeships, and adult learning. Teaching takes place in both workshops and classrooms, with an emphasis on creating an engaging, practical and future-ready learning environment. You’ll play a key part in developing creative learning resources, tracking progress, and preparing learners for real-world success.
What we’re looking for:
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Brickwork or a relevant construction discipline
* A recognised teaching qualification and assessor award (or willingness to work towards them)
* English and Maths at Level 2 (or willingness to achieve)
* Must be happy to obtain an Enhanced DBS
* A motivational, collaborative teaching style and a passion for student development
You’ll be part of a supportive, forward-thinking curriculum team with access to strong internal networks including development coordinators, technicians, and placement officers.
