Bricklaying Supervisor - Margate, Kent - Long Term Project
We are currently recruiting a bricklaying supervisor for a residential project in Margate. Our client are seeking an experienced and reliable Bricklaying Supervisor to oversee day-to-day bricklaying operations on-site. This is a long-term opportunity, running for the full duration of the project.
Role Responsibilities:
* Supervising and coordinating bricklaying teams on site
* Ensuring quality control and adherence to health and safety standards
* Managing labour and materials efficiently
* Working closely with site managers and other trades
* Reading and interpreting drawings and plans
* Reporting daily progress and resolving any site issues as needed
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Bricklaying Supervisor or Foreman
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* In-depth knowledge of bricklaying techniques and site safety regulations
* Valid CSCS card (Gold or above preferred)
* SSSTS or SMSTS certification (preferred)
* Ability to commit to the full duration of the project
