Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Bricklaying Supervisor for a short-term freelance role in Brentford. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a small team of bricklayers on a residential/commercial site, ensuring work is completed safely, to a high standard, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate a small team of bricklayers
*
Ensure all work meets quality standards and follows site plans
*
Maintain health and safety compliance on site
*
Liaise with site managers and contractors as required
*
Monitor progress and report any issues or delays
Requirements:
*
Proven experience supervising bricklaying teams
*
SSSTS
*
CSCS card
*
Strong knowledge of bricklaying techniques and building regs
*
