Job Description

Brickwork Technician

What we are looking for:

  * Experience and knowledge of the construction industry – particularly brickwork

  * The ability to demonstrate a good level of organisational skills

  * Ability to risk assess tasks and work environments

  * Able to competently use construction equipment including pan mixer and ideally forklift

Duties/responsibilities:

  * Handling and movement of materials

  * Maintaining tools and ensuring tidy workshop spaces

  * To set out learning resources and equipment in construction workshops – mix up mortar in preparation for lessons

  * Support practical lessons as directed by the lecturing staff
