As a Bridging Loan Originator, you will:
Develop and manage relationships with intermediaries, brokers, and SME property developers.
Source and structure bridging loan opportunities, with potential to expand into larger development finance deals.
Collaborate with the internal credit team to deliver high-quality proposals and ensure swift deal execution.
Represent the company at industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and meet origination targets.
