The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Broker Business Development Manager to join our London office. This role will focus on building and developing relationships with mortgage brokers, intermediaries, and partners to drive new business opportunities. You will be responsible for promoting our specialist lending products and ensuring our broker network is fully supported.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with mortgage brokers and introducers.

Identify and convert new business opportunities in the specialist lending market.

Present and promote our product offering to brokers through meetings, calls, and events.
*
Deliver excellent service and support to ensure strong broker loyalty.
*
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth application and completion processes.
*
Provide market feedback to help shape product development and strategy.
About You
*
Proven track record in business development, ideally within specialist lending.
*
Experience in Buy-to-Let (BTL) or Commercial lending is highly desirable.
*
Strong broker network and ability to build lasting professional relationships.
*
Excellent at structuring and understanding complex deals.
*
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
*
Ambitious, proactive, and commercially minded.
*
Comfortable working in a fully office-based role in central London.
