Role: Qualified Social Worker - Locality Team (Adults)
Location: Penge & Beckenham Locality Team, Bromley
Contract: 3-month assignment
Pay Rate: £32 per hour
Hours: Full-time (36 hours per week)
Office Requirement: Minimum 3 days per week in the office
We are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join the Penge and Beckenham Locality Team within Adult Social Care in Bromley.
The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive and well-structured team to deliver high-quality social work interventions to adults in the community. You will be responsible for carrying out assessments, developing care and support plans, and working collaboratively with health partners and other professionals to promote independence and wellbeing.
Requirements:
Social Work England registration (SWE)
Experience in Adult Social Care / Locality Teams
Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and safeguarding principles
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
