Job Description
We’re looking for a solid, reliable builder to join our team, working on a mix of extensions, renovations, and new builds. If you take pride in your work and know your way around the tools, we want to hear from you.

SR Design & Build is a multi-award-winning construction company based in Lancaster, specialising in luxury modular extensions (SwiftBuild), bespoke eco homes, large renovations, and commercial refits. We're an FMB member with over a decade of delivering high-quality, design-led projects across the North West.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced, reliable builder with a well-rounded knowledge of building trades to join our growing team. You'll work across a variety of residential and commercial projects — from new builds and extensions to renovations and refurbishments.
What You'll Be Doing
* General building and construction work across multiple project types
* Brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and general finishing trades
* Working alongside our in-house team of electricians, plumbers, and decorators
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety
* Liaising with site managers and project leads
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 10 years' experience in the building trade
* Well-rounded knowledge across multiple trades (brickwork, plastering, general building)
* Clean, full UK driving licence (essential)
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* CSCS card (preferred)
* Pride in quality workmanship
