Building Automation Technician
NOK500,000 - NOK 700,000 Basic + Car + Bonus + Healthcare + Pension + Package

Clear are now looking for a Building Automation Technician to bring hands on expertise and passion to our growing team helping us turn ambitious visions into smart, sustainable realities across Norway.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and commission building automation systems (BMS) for HVAC, lighting, energy, and safety applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and communication issues in automation and control networks.
Perform regular system maintenance, testing, and adjustments to maintain high operational reliability.
Assist with programming and adjustments to PLCs, DDC controllers, and graphical interfaces as needed.
Calibrate and integrate sensors, field devices, and control panels to ensure optimal system performance.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven knowledge of control technology for building-related installations.
Familiarity with company-specific and legally required guidelines, including those related to environmental, occupational health and safety, and quality assurance.
Solid understanding of BMS components, including sensors, actuators, controllers, and fieldbus communication (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, KNX).
Familiar with PLCs, DDC systems, and basic programming or parameter adjustment.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software systems.
