Building Automation Work Planner
The Hague/Rotterdam Region
€4,000 - €5,000 monthly salary
Flexible working hours
Travel expenses reimbursement
Hbrid Working
38 days of leave and 8% holiday pay

As a Building Automation Work Planner, you are the technical backbone of project execution. Working closely with project managers, engineers, and field technicians, you'll ensure that every smart building system from HVAC controls to energy monitoring is delivered smoothly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Translate control diagrams and specs into actionable work packages
Order and coordinate materials, components, and controls
Prepare I/O lists, connection schedules, and wiring diagrams
Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize system designs
Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and field engineers
Monitor project progress and support during commissioning
Experience Required:
Has an MBO/HBO diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Building Services
Knows your way around BMS concepts, HVAC systems, and technical schematics
Is familiar with systems like Priva, Siemens, or KNX (or eager to learn)
Is precise, structured, and communicates well with both engineers and technicians
Enjoys solving practical challenges and making complex systems work in the real world
